Not all garlic is the same. Grocery store garlic is often mass-produced, treated with chemicals, and stored for long periods, which weakens its flavor. Our organic garlic is fresh, more flavorful, and has a longer shelf life. 2025 is our third season—starting with 30 lbs, we now harvest over 150 lbs. Inchelium Red, a softneck variety, is sweet and mild. Use it raw in salsas and dressings, or roast it for mashed potatoes and stews to bring out a caramelized flavor. Each bulb has 14–24 cloves and, when stored in a cool, dark, well-ventilated space, will last 6–12 months.
